...we are working through the snags. A fabulous friends agreed to be the guardians. And, as it turns out, the Embassy is no longer taking UPS or any other mail. The documents have to be hand delivered. No, we are not going to DC, but we will use a courier service.
Glad to hear that some of the snags are being taken care of. I am continuing to pray for your families health and adoption.
